Usage-based, not asset-based

Encode 10 videos once, deliver to 1M viewer-minutes — you pay for the minutes delivered, not the catalog. No per-video gates, no per-seat creep.

No commitments, no minimums

Every product is pay-as-you-go by default. Skip a month, scale up the next. Annual commits unlock additional discounts, but they are never required.

Volume discounts applied automatically

Cross 100K minutes, 1M plays, or your tenth channel and rates step down without re-negotiation. Discounts apply per SKU, not just at headline level.

Pricing FAQ

Do you have a free plan?
Yes. New accounts get $25 in free credits, free encoding on Standard, full API access, and Video Data. Stream 100K minutes and store videos for 6 months without a card on file.
How is usage calculated?
Per minute. Encoding bills per source minute encoded; storage bills per rendition-minute per month; streaming bills per minute consumed by viewers. Video Data bills per session play. Cloud Playout bills per active channel per month.
Do I pay for every video format or bitrate that is encoded?
No. You are charged once per source minute encoded, regardless of how many output renditions FastPix produces. The ABR ladder is automatic and does not multiply the encoding bill.
Do I pay for every resolution that is delivered or streamed?
Yes — resolution-based pricing tiers (720p / 1080p / 2K / 4K) apply across encoding, storage, and streaming. If a video is delivered in multiple resolutions, each minute is billed at the resolution bracket it was delivered in. Volume discounts apply automatically per SKU.
What's the difference between Standard, Pro, and Premium?
Three Media Quality tiers let you cap cost-vs-quality per workload. Standard has free encoding (storage + streaming only). Pro adds paid encoding for higher-motion content. Premium is OTT-grade with 50% higher storage and streaming for top-fidelity delivery.
Do you offer custom pricing for enterprise usage?
Yes. Enterprise plans add deeper volume discounts, named-account support, custom integrations, and SLAs. Talk to us for a quote sized to your annual volume across encoding, streaming, analytics, and playout.
Are all the features included in the pay-as-you-go plan?
Yes. With "Pay as you go" you get full access to every platform feature — encoding, storage, delivery, analytics, In-Video AI samples, and the Player SDKs. You only pay for the minutes / sessions / channels you actually use.
How much does FastPix cost to use?
There is no minimum fee and no commitment required — you only pay for what you use. The pricing calculator on the Live Streaming page gives an instant estimate based on your encoding, storage, and streaming minutes.
