Create and delete workspaces with per-workspace usage

Workspace management is now fully self-service from Settings.

• “Add workspace” and “Delete workspace” actions are exposed inline, with the appropriate confirmation flow for destructive actions.
• The workspaces list shows views and encoding minutes used per workspace this billing cycle.

This pairs with the workspace-scoped error routes so deeply-linked URLs always resolve to the correct workspace.
