Set a monthly usage budget with alerts and optional hard stop
You can now set a usage budget to cap and monitor your monthly usage spend from the dashboard. Choose a monthly dollar amount, pick the points at which you want to be alerted, and decide whether the budget only warns you or pauses your products when you reach it.
A budget tracks your variable usage cost, not fixed subscription fees, and covers your whole organization. It resets at the start of each billing cycle.
What’s new:

Monthly budget: set a dollar ceiling on your usage each cycle, from 50,000.

Alert points: get an email at each percentage you choose (for example 50%, 80%, and 100%) as your usage crosses it.

Enforcement modes: keep it alert-only (the default) to watch spend without touching service, or turn on a hard stop that pauses usage-based products at 100%.

Mid-cycle adjustments: raise your budget to restore a paused service immediately, or lower it down to a safe floor just above what you have already spent.

Always accessible: even under a hard stop, signing in, viewing invoices, updating your payment method, and changing your budget are never blocked.
