New billing model for simulcast

Simulcast billing has moved to a new model. To avoid impacting customers who are already paying for simulcast under the existing terms, we have split simulcast billing into two versions:

• v1 — kept in place for existing paying customers, so their current simulcast pricing and contracts continue to apply with no change.
• v2 — applied to all new customers going forward, with the updated simulcast pricing model.

This change is billing-only. The simulcast APIs and feature behavior — adding targets, broadcasting to YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, or custom RTMP destinations — are unchanged. If you simulcast today, you remain on v1 and do not need to take any action.
