New Profile page

We’ve added a dedicated Profile page so personal-account settings are separated from organization-level settings.

• Edit display name, email, phone, and password with inline validation.
• The page lives in the standard Settings shell with mobile-friendly layout and a sticky action footer.
• Form errors come back as Sonner notifications so you don’t have to scroll to find the failing field.
• A profile menu shortcut in the top-right gives one-click access from anywhere in the app.

Workspace and organization preferences continue to live under Settings > Organization and Settings > Workspaces.
