Add, switch, and delete multiple payment methods

You can now attach more than one payment method to an organization and choose which one FastPix should charge for the next invoice. The new multi-card experience replaces the single-card flow that required you to overwrite an existing card whenever a renewal, BIN, or address changed.
What is new in the billing settings:
- Add multiple cards — Each organization can store any number of cards. A new “Add card” action sits next to the existing list.
- Set a default — One card is marked as the default. Subscription renewals, addon charges, and Cloud Playout channel charges are all billed to the default card.
- Delete cards — You can remove a card you no longer use, as long as it is not the only one on file or the active default.
- Better card validation — Failed-card UX has been hardened so common card errors (declined, address mismatch, expired) surface inline with retry guidance.
The new default-card logic is applied to every paid subscription, DRM and Cloud Playout addon, and ad-hoc charge.
