Redesigned invoice PDFs with itemized usage

Monthly invoice PDFs have been overhauled with a redesigned template that is more readable, better structured, and handles edge cases without breaking.
What changed in the PDF:
- New layout and typography — A refreshed visual design with proper font support and styling replaces the older monospace look, so invoices are easier to scan at a glance.
- Product type in the header — The invoice header now shows the product type (VOD, Live, DRM, Cloud Playout, Data) so finance teams can identify the source at a glance.
- Itemized usage groups — Line items are grouped cleanly by product, with clear subtotals per group and per plan.
- No-usage state — Invoices for organizations that had a subscription but zero usage in the period now display a “no usage in this period” message instead of an empty table.
- Reliable rendering — Layout issues that previously caused glitches on certain PDF viewers have been fixed.
- Creation date on the invoice record — Each invoice now includes a creation timestamp alongside the existing issued and due dates.
