Scatter plot Y-axis and metric comparison improvements

Several long-standing Data Views chart bugs have been resolved.

• Scatter plots for error metrics now use a Y-axis range based on actual values rather than the default 0–1, making outliers visible again.
• Metric comparison gracefully handles dimensions with no data instead of showing an empty grey card.
• Tooltips no longer disappear when hovering over a graph point — the dismiss-on-leave race condition was fixed.
• The pie chart, resolution chart, and overview error analytics components have been removed in favor of the new unified breakdown charts.
• “Add dimension” and “Filter dimension” interactions have been tightened so adding a dimension never duplicates rows.

Watch time on the view-details page also reports correctly when the stream’s first chunk happens before the analytics window starts.
