Per-workspace view-count tracking in the edge data store

The ingestion layer now updates per-workspace counters in the edge data store as views are processed.

1. View-count fields are incremented on every accepted beacon.
2. Counters power the in-product usage widget and the billing-limit banner without waiting on the historical aggregation pipeline.
3. Counters reconcile against authoritative storage hourly to ensure long-term accuracy.
