Contact-us page and Cloud Playout initial-state screens

Two onboarding surfaces have been added to reduce dead ends for new and trial users.

• A new Contact-us page lets you share a few details about your use case so we can book a demo and activate your trial plan.
• Cloud Playout’s initial-state screens (no channels, organization not enabled, no analytics yet) now show product-specific guidance with the next action highlighted.
• Reload behavior preserves these initial states so refreshing the page doesn’t bounce users back to a generic error.

These pair with the per-organization Cloud Playout enablement toggle so organizations that haven’t enabled the addon always land on the contact/upgrade path rather than a broken feature.
