Cloud Playout control room with live player and segments

The Cloud Playout control room has been rebuilt as the operator-facing cockpit for a running channel.

• The live player is shown alongside the schedule, with the playback URL exposed for quick copy.
• Segments (mid-roll, pre-roll, post-roll) display as inline timeline markers with control actions.
• Bumper, segment, and program edits are handled with state-aware buttons that disable when an in-flight change would conflict with the live broadcast.
• A custom calendar component handles the schedule view including current-time auto-scroll and per-second tick updates.
• Player and calendar overflow inside the modal has been fixed so the control room is fully usable on smaller laptops.
