Cloud Playout is now a first-class addon across billing and dashboard

Cloud Playout is now a fully-billed addon that customers can manage themselves end-to-end.

• Subscribe and trial — Enable Cloud Playout for your organization from Settings → Plans. Organizations on a trial see an explicit trial expiration date so it is clear when the addon will start billing.
• Pay per channel — Adding a new channel goes through a payment session, with prorated charges for the current cycle. Your default card on file is charged at the start of each cycle and any metered minutes are added to the next invoice.
• Unsubscribe cleanly — Unsubscribing disables Cloud Playout for the organization, blocks new channels, and keeps existing channels readable until the cycle ends.
• Usage you can see — Cloud Playout consumption is broken out in the billing summary alongside VOD, Live, and DRM totals so you can track exactly what each addon is contributing.

If your organization had Cloud Playout enabled before this rollout, it was migrated automatically and your current trial or paid status is preserved.
