Build 24/7 linear channels with the Cloud Playout API

The FastPix Cloud Playout API is now available. Build and run 24/7 linear channels from your backend, with no hardware or encoders, and manage every part of a channel programmatically.

What’s new:

• Loop programs: build and order repeating content on a loop channel, add media, playlists, and bumpers, and read a program’s line-up. See Create a program.

• Schedule channel: place one or many events on a schedule channel’s timeline, then update or remove them. See Add an event to a schedule channel.

• Schedule and EPG: read what a channel plays, export the schedule as CSV, and fetch the program guide. See Get what a channel plays.

• Channel overlays: add, update, and remove overlays on a channel. See Add an overlay to a channel.

• Simulcast: restream a channel to third-party platforms and manage its simulcast targets. See Add a simulcast target to a channel.
