Redesigned Billing Summary with plan switch and usage breakdown

We rebuilt the Billing Summary so the active plan, projected cost, and switch options are all visible at a glance.

• The current plan name displays prominently with a fallback when the plan label is missing.
• Total usage cost is shown conditionally for users on metered plans, alongside a per-line breakdown.
• The “Switch plan” CTA opens a confirmation dialog before any change is committed, with prorated cost shown for upgrades.
• “Buy more views” and other data-plan upgrades flow through standardized parameters so the right plan SKU is selected automatically.
• A trial-state banner appears at the top of the page for free-plan users with their renewal date.

Plan SKUs for DRM, Cloud Playout, and Data add-ons all surface in their own line items so it’s clear what each charge is for.
